Most physical therapies are based on assessing how your joints move, what muscles feel like and visual assessment - bio mechanics - it's pretty good but can be limited What we, at Retrain Pain do, utilises the Brain and the Nervous system to get a non-biased assessment. The Brain knows everything that is happening in your body much more than a person looking at you can. A shoulder problem may be linked with your ankle or your gut, but most usual therapies won't be able to find that, and if they do it's unlikely to happen in the first few sessions. This can cost you time, money and a lot of wasted effort doing rehab exercises that aren't targeting the right areas. Through precise assessment it's possible to find the roots of the problem, usually, much faster than most other methods.
