Quick Tips #2 - Shoulder Mobility

January 12, 2018

The video below takes you through a mobility sequence to improve shoulder movement patterns that can help relieve sore, aching and tight shoulders and neck.

When your shoulders work better, your posture improves, the muscles of your upper body become more relaxed and generally you can feel less stressed.

This is not a magic cure all exercise but it can help you to have happier healthier shoulders.

Combine this with other shoulder exercises to have happy healthy shoulders.

Do 2 sets of 10 of these and then have a feel of how your shoulders feel now.

Pop a comment below and let me know how your shoulders are feeling.

 You might be asking:

Why do I need to move my head and look at my hands?

Interestingly, at least for me, is that our proximal joints -the shoulders, spine and hips - "speak" to the same part of the Brain as the eyes. So, to really maximise the effects of this exercise you really MUS|T use your head and eyes to drastically improve the effects.
