Sleep is the ultimate life hack for your health, Energy, even weight management. We all want more in life, endlessly doing stuff because that's what we should be doing. Pushing ourselves to do more, be more, have more. All of that comes at a cost, usually to our health and more often than not it's sleep that gets chipped away at. We all know that sleep is important but we don't pay too much attention to it most of the time. Is it time to focus on you, your rest, your physical and mental health. it all begins with Energising sleep. Take this course at your own pace over 2-3 weeks. Improvements will happen gradually in that time. There is no time limit on this course, it's yours forever. What I do suggest though is watch 1 video every 2-3 days, take on board what's said and adjust your routines and habits gradually. Be kind to yourself, you won't get it right straight away.
