We often think that once we're wearing glasses that's it. It will only get worse and we'll need some sort of earwear forever. 

There are physical ways of improving your vision - eye training exercises, sunlight exposure and avoiding too much artificial light are just some of the ways you can change it.

However, just like the rest of the body, your vision can be corrected and improved through the frequencies of this meditation.

Focusing on retraining the muscles of the eye, the vision centres of the Brain, the optic nerve, repairing the retina and reshaping the eye and cornea. Vision can be improved.

Listen 2-3 x daily and after each session check for improvements by looking at things close or further away (depending on your eye condition) - see the improvments happening.
