Focus on the outcome but not on the weight.
Sure you want to lose a certain number of lbs or kgs but what I want you to think about during this meditation is how your goal weight changes your life, how it improves the life of the people around you, your family, your friends.
What are you able to do now (with your goal weight) that you couldn't do before. Sit in reflection as you marvel at the body you've crafted and the amazing things you're now able to do. Be proud of your achievements, the hard work, effort and discipline it took to achieve what you've achieved.
Allow your mind to change into thinking about how you love your new weight, allow the recording to gently adjust your subconsicous to accept the new image of yourself.
your actions and behaviours will change accordingly.
