Who do you see?

When you're in pain, sick, injured and or going through a long term condition, who would be the number 1 type of therapist that you would go and see (money no object)
Who could it be?
It kind of depends on the condition right?
but it could include:
Your GP
Nutritionist
Chiropractor or Osteopath
Physiotherapist
Massage Therapist
Reiki Practitioner
Reflexology
Psychiatrist/Psychologist (no offence that you're after Reiki and reflexology, just the order that I thought in)
Homeopath/Naturopath
Herbalist
Where do you start???
It can be so confusing (and expensive)
I mean the list can go on and on.
And then there's all of the online information you could get (Google dependant... they hide a lot of the alternative advice!!)
A lot of long term conditions take multiple angles, there's rarely just one thing to fix.
It's not like a broken bone that once the bones are fixed in position, let nature take it's course for a few weeks then you're back to how you were.
Long term health problems not only effect you physically they will also have a knock on effect on relationships, mental and emotional health, your work, your ability to stay employed. If there are multiple effects then just seeing one of any of the above therapists might not well be enough to help you in every area that requires help.
In my experience addressing your health in just one area at a time will have only limited results and they'll take longer.
More than 1 Problem!
Most of my clients don't just have one pain complaint.
They may come to me with tennis elbow and during their first session they'll mention a sleep problem, a reflux problem, tight muscles in XYZ areas of the body.
Then they start remembering about old injuries, big events that happened in the past, even small events can have a long lasting effect on their body.
And it's not until it's talked about and it has been cleared that the body really returns to full function.
But it's been so long that we've forgotten what that feels like. It's hard to imagine what a fully functioning, pain-free, healthy body feels like when it's been decades (if ever) that it has felt that way.
This is where I come in. You don't necessarily need 5 different therapists, with 5 different ideas (and 5 different bills)
You need one, who can address it all.
That is the power of Energy Healing - you give an area of your body or your life some focussed attention and through the work that we do together those problems tend to evaporate.
Where I have failed in the past with clients.

To be able to release the worst tightness in my neck and back I had for long time over zoom still amazing me today. After one session with Peter and 20 minutes in, I could feel the tension melting away and a rush of blood back into my muscles, I could even turn my neck instantly. A year later I still work with Peter and talk through any niggles/pain and deal with built up emotions. I don't know how it works but it does.
