Do you talk to yourself?


What I'm talking about here for the next few minutes is in simple terms, how our body communicates with itself. Essentially, how do you move, what is the process that happens inside your brain, nervous system and muscles that makes that happen. It's a process that we don't often think about until we become injured or in pain because if your body is working well and not in any sort of discomfort you don't even think about how you move. However, if you've had an injury or some sort of pain that has meant that you have had to think or adapt how you move to avoid that painful thing that you're trying to do.
