Improving your health is a minefield of conflicting information, instagram images, facebook adverts, Keto, Intermittant fasting, Mediterranean, Atkins or Cabbage Diets.
It's all very confusing.
One thing though that you must admit is that having a brain that is well supplied with blood is pretty vital to your health.
If your neck and head are "wonky" from a desk job, forward head posture, texting, emailing etc can play havoc on blood supply to your Brain.
When this happens it can apply a small squeeze onto the nerve supplies in and around the head, blood supplies can be reduced slightly and therefore Oxygen and other vital Nutrients that your Brain needs are in slightly shorter supply.
This exercise I learnt from a book called "Accessing the Healing Power of the Vagus Nerve" will do wonders to help reduce stress and tension in the Upper Neck and base of the skull which in turn improves blood flow and nerve supply to all parts of the head.
Reduce tension headaches, migranes and improve your posture.
It all sounds a bit magic - give it a try - it's the easiest exercise that you'll ever do. In fact it's a bit of a stretch to even call it an exercise.
